375° began in 2016 inside a tiny, no-frills kitchen on the Lower East Side with a few original recipes, a lotta hustle, and a vision to bring gourmet technique to fast casual comfort food. What started as a small fry spot founded by a Michelin-level chef and his family quickly blew up into a local favorite known for hand-breaded chicken, house made sauces, and fresh, comforting eats made to order every time. When the pandemic hit, we pivoted from just fries to some of the best popcorn chicken and tenders in the game. We keep things fresh with rotating seasonal flavors and limited-time drops that never miss. Still family-run, we continue to stay true to the same passion and quality comfort food that hits different.
